CHRIST CHILD SOCIETY OF DAYTON - ANNUAL SERVICE HOURS AND SURVEY

It is with full hearts of gratitude that the Board of CCS of Dayton comes to you again this year to sincerely thank each of you for your service to the women and children of our community in the name of the Christ Child.
As you know, each year we ask you to report your total hours of service for the prior year specifically for CCS of Dayton on our programs. Include your time spent in group meetings and gatherings, your time spent behind the scenes on special projects, and travel time to and from events.
